Getting To Know Your Back Office: Top 3 Questions

As we mentioned last week, for Friday Q&A we’re going to help you get to know the resources in your Back Office. We did a little investigating with our support department and found the Top 3 things people ask about.

1.    Compensation Plan – All the compensation plan details are available in the Back Office, both in print form and a series of explanatory videos.
  • For the printable PDFs in various languages go to the Library tab and type “compensation” in the Search box under Display Advanced Filter Options. You will also find inserts, overview videos, and everything you could want to explain the compensation plan.
  • The explanatory videos are found in the Academy. Training on the Compensation Plan is the #1 option after you click on the Academy tab.
2.    Commercial Initial Test Form -- People ask for a document they call "Product Match," which is the document for the Xtreme Fuel Treatment Test Plan. If a company wishes to test XFT, then for a limited time Syntek will match their  purchase up to a certain amount. The form is found in the library with the name “Commercial Initial Test Form.” You can easily find it by typing “test form” in the Search box under Display Advanced Filter Options.

3.    Price Sheets – These are found in the Back Office Library. Type “price sheet” in the Search box under Display Advanced Filter Options.

We hope you find this installment of Getting to Know Your Back Office helpful. Next week we will highlight more resources you can find in your Syntek Global Back Office.

**If you have not purchased a MySyntek website, we highly recommend that you do that now by going to www.mysyntek.com.
