Feb. 21 Live Q&A





We had another Live Q&A with Syntek Global CEO & Co-Founder John Winterholler.  Here is a recap of the questions and answers if you missed it.

Question: Are XFT fuel economy benefits best seen over longer distances vs. city driving?
Answer: Good results are typically seen in all types of driving conditions but idle time, heavy traffic & irregular conditions (like in city) can affect fuel economy.

Question: Why can't we use agents to market the product and pay them commissions?
Answer: If by agents referring to direct/power sellers, that is an option you can consider. We would be interested in hearing your ideas.

Question: Is XFT additive compatible with Low Pour Fuel Oil (lpfo) used in ships?
Answer: Absolutely. XFT is compatible with all carbon-based fuel.

Question: Can you provide commercial sales presentation available on DVD for areas w/o reliable internet?
Answer: Like all other tools, commercial DVD is available for purchase, or you can email it from the back office.

Question: Can we expect to see more recent test data in the back office? Something closer to our current year perhaps?
Answer: Absolutely. Many new carbon mass balance tests were just undertaken & full results available in coming months. Most of these tests were done in international locations.
Follow up question: OK. So why don't we have any national test data?
Answer: Sorry for the confusion. Tests are also underway in the U.S. & will be available.

Question: Why don't you include a filler spout w every bottle purchased?
Answer: Filler spout was designed to be reusable to keep overall costs down. Redesigned spout to fit 2 & 4 oz will be coming soon.

Question: Does prospect w large generators need to double dose XFT like prescribed on label?
Answer: We would recommend regular dose for generators. Please contact support@syntekglobal.com for treatment ratio suggestions.

Question: Does any possibility exist where Syntek Global loses the rights to XFT?
Answer: You can continue to work with Syntek Global & XFT with full confidence that we have full rights to product.

Question: Is it true or false that Syntek Global won't be able to sell Xtreme Fuel Treatment in the near future?
Answer: Absolutely false. XFT is and always will be a part of the #syntekglobal opportunity.

Question: Will there be any more Syntek gear?
Answer: It's an exciting time as convention approaches because new gear will be available for purchase at the convention store.

Question: Is XFT still able to dose 1 gallon XFT to 10,000 gallons of fuel?
Answer: Yes, that is the precise treatment ratio for normal dosage.

Question: Is it too late to register for convention?

Success Story: Gwen Lopes Says Goodbye Forever to 9 to 5




Gwendolyn Mary Lopes vows never to return to a 9 to 5 job. It’s not about the work, because Gwen is no stranger to working hard. She has a B.S. Degree in Management from the University of Maryland, which she finished at night school, all while working full time for the Dept. of the Navy as a System Administrator at the Naval Hospital in Bethesda.

For Gwen, a “normal” job is simply too restrictive. She didn’t realize it was a barrier in her life until she was inspired by Robert Kiosaki’s “Rich Dad Poor Dad” to become an entrepreneur. She left her GS-12 government job to pursue selling real estate full time. She has been a licensed Realtor for 20 years now.

“I enjoy the freedom of not waking up to an alarm clock, setting my own hours, helping people find their dream home, and of course, cashing big checks!” Gwen said. Then the market turned and those checks became scarcer. That was when she really focused on looking for something else she could do to build residual income, because returning to the 9 to 5 grind wasn’t an option.

She was introduced to Syntek Global through Royal Team Elite Chris Bailey. They had worked in two other multi-level marketing companies together, but Gwen wasn’t happy with the level of success she and her team were achieving. She thought she was done with network marketing, but Chris Bailey convinced her to take a look at Syntek—and she is so thankful and glad she did. It offered her a choice to break through the barriers in her life and was a business opportunity that she couldn’t walk away from.

Gwen joined the Syntek Global family back in August of 2009, when the company was still in pre-launch. She made it a point to attend the first convention, when Syntek first announced that they were officially open for business. Since then, she has had the privilege of meeting and working with the most incredible people. Gwen hasn’t even met some of them in person yet, but she says they are family to her anyway. She thinks it is so great to be able to be around people who really do care about each other, and are willing to work together to help each other achieve their goals and live life on their terms.

Gwen has reached the rank of Blue Diamond and is still going strong. “What an amazing ride Syntek has been, and it’s still just the beginning!” she says.

Along with the opportunity Syntek gives people to break through the barriers in their lives, Gwen was thoroughly impressed with the co-founders and their commitment to Syntek Distributors. “It is obvious that they really care about us and want us to succeed. They are constantly looking at ways to improve the process, to give us bigger paydays, and to work toward keeping up with the growth of the company from the efforts of the distributors.”

Gwen is thrilled to be a part of Syntek Global and to once and for all kiss the threat of a regular job goodbye. “With Syntek, I chose to break through restrictions in my life and take the freedom that I enjoy to a whole new level. I can combine my passion for traveling with my commitment for helping people achieve more, and get paid for it all at the same time. It doesn’t get any better than this!”

Syntek is Growing!

Syntek Global is experiencing massive growth around the world, and we are thrilled to see such great success and expansion! Every month we see growth (from December to January alone we experienced 25% growth) and we expect that to continue for a long time. We are excited that so many people are breaking through the barriers holding them back and changing their lives for the better—and making a difference in the world around them!

This tremendous growth is leading right into our International Convention next month! At convention you will be spending three days with Syntek Global co-founders and top leaders, enjoying huge giveaways, and being first to hear about exciting announcements from corporate. In addition to the phenomenal training Eric Worre will be giving us, we will have an entire day with very specific leader training. As Syntek Global grows, new faces join us every day. These newer distributors might not always know the history of our life-changing company. Years ago, Curt Ence (now CFO of Syntek Global) and Kirk Newman (now CMO of Syntek Global) were talking about a fuel treatment product that Curt had rights to and had been selling to industrial industry for a number of years. They decided that it was time to take that product to the general public, and in 2008 Syntek Global was born.


Syntek Global has exclusive rights to the fantastic product, Xtreme Fuel Treatment, and has seen tremendous progress as the story of XFT has begun to spread around the world. Through Syntek Global, people are finding an alternative way to overcome their barriers and reach their dreams while saving money.

Friday Q&A: Dealing with feelings of inadequacy




On our Facebook page, we do Friday Q&A to answer specific questions sent to us or if we see several questions about the same topic. Today’s question comes  from a distributor.

Question: How does one overcome feelings of inadequacy when talking to professionals about the business? For instance, I have a bachelor’s degree but have never held a management position. How can I connect with them if I have never been where they are?

Answer: It seems these days many of us live with barriers that prevent us from accomplishing what we want or living the life we want. Like this distributor, perhaps one of your barriers is feeling inadequate when talking to certain people about the business. Since word-of-mouth is the foundation of network marketing, at some point you will likely approach someone that has more education than you, or has achieved a higher position in a company than you ever have, or who knows more about this, that, or the other than you do.

Maybe making a connection with others is a barrier for you. You worry that you might not have enough common ground with someone to be able to share the opportunity.

First, we want to assure you that you can break through these barriers. Syntek Global has provided ways for you to overcome them. We will teach you what to do. You just have to follow our simple, basic system that’s already been proven to work.

The next thing to understand is that you are not trying to sell yourself. The product and the opportunity can speak for themselves. You simply need believe in the message you are sharing.  Genuine conviction and enthusiasm will touch anyone you talk to, no matter what their background.  Think back to the last time someone told you about an amazing experience they had—how their eyes lit up and their gestures naturally became more animated. You were drawn in to what they were saying because of their energy and conviction, not their credentials.

You do not have to be an expert; in fact, we don’t want you to try to be. It’s easy to fall into the details trap—wanting to tell everyone about the test data, or the science behind the product, etc. But that isn’t our system, and actually detracts from what has been proven to work. Syntek Global has created a system that anyone can use. Share the product/opportunity with a few short remarks—and some confidence—and then direct interested people to the resources corporate has provided.

The power of network marketing is in the individual connection—from person to person. And no matter what position a prospect holds, or what degrees they have, when you come down to it, they are simply a person, just like you.

Getting to Know Your Back Office: Motivational Resources



At Syntek Global we believe that while you’re in business for yourself, you don’t need to be in business by yourself. There are several resources to help you, including all the things in your back office. Today we want to share with you some of the resources you may not know are out there.

  • 10 Hour Work Week. Some of our top leaders have put together these simple daily and weekly  step-by-step  instructions to guide you in building your business and to success. You can find a printable card in the Library.
  • Daily Motivational Calls. Our top leaders also hold daily morning motivational calls at 7 a.m. MST Monday through Friday. The point of these calls are to give you new information, support, and motivation to go out and take action. Anyone is welcome to join in on these calls. They are recorded and archived in the Back Office, so you can go listen to them if the live time doesn’t work for you. You can also call in and listen to a playback.  The calls last about 15 min. and cover a wide range of topics. UK Cash Bonus Winners


We officially launched in the UK on Jan. 1, and after a month we are going strong. People are joining, meetings are being held, and things are moving ahead in the new market. We’re excited for the future of Syntek Global in the UK!

We also ran a special UK Cash Bonus from Jan. 1-14. The top three distributors with the most personally sponsored people from the UK during that time earned cash prizes from Syntek Global. Here are the winners!

Bianca Finn

Bianca is 23 years old and lived in South Africa until she moved to the UK a year ago. “My parents have been their own bosses since I can remember,” she said. “I have always been involved with their businesses in small roles that helped me develop into a people person. Because of that I have never wanted to work for a boss.”

That desire for independence may be seen as a barrier in Bianca’s life, but she has turned that around and is “over the moon” she got involved in Syntek. “I saw Syntek Global as my opportunity to become my own boss and determine my own outcome.”

Bianca approaches her Syntek business not from a product perspective, but from a people perspective. “How you deal with people, approach people, and look after people within your team is something that comes first nature to me,” she said.

She has been involved with Syntek Global since mid-September and focused her efforts on getting the word out and the product into people’s hands. “I thoroughly believe that this product pretty much sells itself once people get to hold the bottle and try the contents,” Bianca said.

What motivates Bianca is “the opportunity to determine my own lifestyle, income, possibilities and future!” We are excited to partner with her in taking control of her life and reaching for her dreams. Congratulations, Bianca!

Joaquim Vieira

Joaquim is 57 years old and lives with his lovely wife in a little town. The two of them owned their own business in the real estate industry for 20 years. Then, four months ago, they had to close down one of their biggest companies. “We just witnessed all our work, efforts, and money gone,” Joaquim said.

The loss of their business was an unexpected, and daunting, barrier for Joaquim. Then, a month ago, things changed. “Syntek Global knocked at our doors like a Christmas gift,” he said. His daughter told him that she had made a change and switched to a better company. As soon as she explained to him about the product, he decided to join.

For Joaquim, the closing of one door resulted in the opening of another. He has never looked back, and feels it’s a huge opportunity to have a better retirement. “It's my first ever time in network marketing and I enjoy it every day,” he said. The product is easy to talk about—simple, economical, and ecological. “No particular preparation was needed; just to believe and go forward.”

Joaquim’s next goal is to help his daughters overcome their own obstacles and enjoy the freedom of time and money that Syntek Global is offering to everyone. We are thrilled to welcome Joaquim into the Syntek Global family. Congratulations, Joaquim!

Engelberto Erwin Hill

Engelberto was born and raised in Aruba. In his 20s he moved to Europe and became a car technician. After ten years in Europe, he returned to Aruba and now runs his own mechanic shop.

With his background, he naturally became interested in XFT when he was introduced to in in December. “I appreciate XFT so much,” Engelberto says. He likes how it helps the planet. “Everybody can now protect their engine more and use less fuel.”

Not only does Engelberto enjoy the product, but he loves that Syntek Global offers a great opportunity to break through the barriers of an uncertain future and change it to what you want. He is working hard to build and support his team and is eager for his future with Syntek Global. We are excited to be part of that future with him. Congratulations, Engelberto!
