July Live Q&A Recap

Syntek Global CEO & Co-Founder John Winterholler joined distributors for another Live Q&A and there were a lot of great questions. Here is a recap if you missed it.

Question: Why did the distributor's shop in Ibadan, Nigeria close down?
Answer: I was unaware of that. We're contacting the main Nigeria office to look into it. We'll get back to you.

Question: Is it now possible to pay for products via Paypal and local MasterCard and Visa?
Answer: Yes, in most markets. It varies depending on Paypal rules & regs. Email support@SyntekGlobal.com for details.
Follow-up question: Thanks for the reply. Forgot to add TT that my question was with specific reference to Nigeria.
Answer: Nigeria can pay for product w Paypal, not MC or Visa but we pay commissions thru Payoneer.

Question: when will you be in Nigeria and will you come to Abuja this time around?
Answer: Plans are already in place for another Nigeria trip early Aug. & Abuja is one of the cities I will visit.

Question: Can someone sell products without being a Distributor?
Answer: No, in order to have products to resell you need to be a distributor.
Follow-up question: ok....what of intending distributor who doesn't have the enrolment finance yet but have the market pools/strategies?
Answer: In fairness to all current distributors we look forward to when those people can join us.

Question: Why is it you have only one product in Nigeria while many in other regions??
Answer: We're very pleased w business in Nigeria & are currently looking at expanding products there!

Question: What are the requirements for opening in a Country? I Relocated to Guinea Conakry few months ago and have people that are ready to partner with us in Syntek. We’re getting products from Nigeria now.
Answer: Currently we don't have plans to open there. You'd have to have your acct serviced through Ghana or Nigeria. New market openings are at discretion of corporate. We will announce new country openings as they occur. There are many factors to consider in opening a new country.
Follow-up question: Please, can you give some of the factors to be considered?
Answer: Govt regulations & oversight, criteria to import, taxes & duties, and many more.

Question: XFT is too costly compared to same in market, people found it hard to buy, why?
Answer: If you compare cost of XFT per dose to any other fuel additive it's cheaper. Less product treats more fuel.

Question: Your support team seams overwhelmed with Syntek's growth in Nigeria. Do you agree? What are you doing about it?
Answer: Yes, we agree. We have recently hired new staff to help with the tremendous volume in Nigeria.

Question: My problems is in increased fuel economy, many customers’ reaction after use is it doesn't work.
Answer: Some people may need to use it over a long period of time depending on engine, age of car, maintenance, etc. They may also be getting benefits in better performance, which is sometimes harder to see than mileage.

Question: One support office (Lagos) for a country almost as big as Texas and 170 million people. Any plan for expansion?
Answer: Expansion is underway as we speak.

Question: There seems to be recurring cases of product scarcity these days, especially 10ml. What's happening?
Answer: The dock strike in Lagos cause a backup in our shipments but we believe that’s been resolved.

Question: Are there any published independent rolling road tests?
Answer: All carbon mass balance tests are done by independent engineers. Many are road tests. Look in Back Office/contact support.

Question: How many ml treats ten litres of fuel?
Answer: 1 ml treats 10 L. Treatment ratio is 1 part XFT to 10,000 parts fuel. Dosage may vary based on fuel quality.

Question: What are the bills am to pay so as to not to discontinue from my binary tree as in website charges, auto ship, and others?
Answer: We recommend talking to your upline sponsor & refer to comp plan for criteria to remain Active.

Question: Please how many double dose for big and small generators?
Answer: 3-5 double doses, depending on how well the generator has been maintained.

Question: Will it be possible to have a pickup center in the Northern part of Nigeria? E.g. Kaduna or Kano.
Answer: Thank you for the suggestion. We will speak w Lagos office about feasibility of such a pickup point.

Email question: How many times can you qualify for Sapphire $10,000 bonus?
Answer: Full details coming soon on those bonuses. Sapphire $10K is one-time qualifying bonus.

Email question: How many litres does 1 ml of XFT treat?

Question: People want instant results.  Is it possible to do something about getting result after first double dose?
Answer: Best results are achieved when using product as directed.

Email question: Do you need to double dose XFT while treating fuel in a generator?
Answer: Yes, you need to double dose when treating fuel in a generator. 3-5 double doses recommended.

Email question: Other MLM companies don't charge for website. Why does Syntek?
Answer: We choose not to include website costs in price of the product. Website is not required, but highly recommended.
