January Live Q&A Recap

Today was our latest Live Q&A with Syntek Global CEO & Co-Founder John Winterholler. Here are the questions and answers if you missed it.

Question: Owners should assist distributors in ea state with a vendor booth at the motorcycle and car shows.
Answer: Yes, we could do that someday, but it is a perfect opp. for dist. to set up their own booths to share Syntek Global.

Question: hi, please how soon can we sign people up through our site without paper application
Answer: There are several factors we have to consider & we are currently looking at ways to make an online option in Africa.

Email question: Why does Nigeria pay more to register, as opposed to $298 & $598 elsewhere?
Answer: The price is the same worldwide, the differences you see are based on currency exchange rates that we monitor regularly.

Email question: can you make it possible for everyone no matter which country to signup online & not w paper application.
Answer: To build your business now, continue to use paper apps. We're currently looking for a way to do it online in ea. country.

Question: Are there some big names we can use for advertising?
Answer: Our top leaders have great stories you're welcome to use, as well as testimonials & opp. videos in the back office.

Email question: What do you say to customers who complain price of XFT is too high?
Answer: Answer: That's not a comment we hear in most markets. Typically XFT pays for itself in savings, and then some.

Question: One other thing I was asked about a carbon mass balance test what is it? What should I tell them?
Answer: It is a sophisticated & expensive test by an indep. lab & engineers. Such tests are performed in large corporate environments. We're doing tests as we speak in Netherlands & UK on behalf of companies.

Email question: How do we find out what paperwork is needed to come to convention?
Answer: Contact your local Syntek office. They have paperwork ready & can help w process. Link to office info is on our blog.

Question: in South Africa the avg tank size is 40liter. 5ml pack too small 10ml too big can we repackage?
Answer:  5 ml treats 38 liters, or you can use 1 ounce dropper bottle to be more exact.

Email question: Has there been any use of XFT in helicoptors? Is it safe?
Answer: We don't have any test results for use of XFT in any aircraft.

Email question: Can we provide XFT tank stickers to remind drivers or gas station personnel to add XFT?
Answer: Tank stickers are included in every starter kit & you can contact local office if you need more.

Question: diesel driven trains is there any research or reports available?
Answer: Yes. Please send a specific request to the corporate office (support@SyntekGlobal.com) & we have data for locomotives.

Email question: I've heard from ppl that test results indicate you can use XFT in an engine without oil.
Answer: We suggest u follow car manuf. operating instructions. Studies cited were for examples, not operating recommendations.
