A New Crop of Blue Diamonds

This last convention we recognized many new Blue Diamond leaders on stage. They have all taken different journeys to reach this high rank, but all of them are inspiring others with their vision of living life without barriers.

Ben & Sue Robinson

Ben and Sue Robinson were uncertain about their future, with no financial plan for retirement. After their son, Chris, introduced them to the Syntek Global opportunity, they knew that building a network marketing business would be hard work, but that the final result would remove their financial barrier. Ben and Sue have been together since high school and have raised 6 kids—4 of them being boys—so they are not afraid to put in effort and hard work. It’s been said that hard work is the key to success, and the Robinson’s hard work has paid off. They are now prepared and look forward to their future with certainty. 

Sabrina & Gianfranco Di Giusto

Sabrina and Gianfranco Di Giusto couldn’t help but be enthusiastic once they caught the vision of the Syntek Global opportunity—and opened up a whole new country with that passion for a new way to live life. Sabrina and Gianfranco dedicate many, many hours to making sure the exploding growth in Italy runs smoothly, and have made a huge difference in thousands of lives because of it. Both of them are so happy now because they get to continue to help others through Syntek. They are breaking through barriers, and they know that with Syntek Global anything is possible. They encourage everyone to keep going because living life on your terms is worth it.

Gwen Lopes

Gwen Lopes has been called the heart and soul, and backbone of her team. After ditching her 9-to-5 job, she has proven time and again how self-motivation can lead to success. Gwen introduced the Syntek Global opportunity to the Caribbean, and has helped hundreds there break through their barriers. She goes out of her way for others and is willing to help anyone succeed, even if they aren’t on her team and it doesn’t benefit her, making her a true leader. Gwen says, “I can combine my passion for traveling with my commitment for helping people achieve more, and get paid for it all at the same time. It doesn’t get any better than this!” We want to congratulate Gwen on making Blue Diamond!

Shane Saunders

Shane Saunders has been with Syntek Global from the beginning, and has stuck with the business through thick and thin. Like many, Shane’s story is full of pivotal moments when he chose to break through his barriers and take full accountability for getting the life he wanted. That’s when things really started to change. He had to overcome self-doubt following some major obstacles in his life, and decide to really believe that any level of success is possible. He realized that the only limits are those he allows. Every one of us has the power. Shane has taken that message to so many others and helped them reach for the life they desire. He wants everyone to know it IS possible if you just don't quit and if you decide to take accountability for your own life your own future and your own success. Gary Orchard

Gary Orchard loves to help others—whether that’s with physical problems in the course of his job as a chiropractor, or through Syntek Global. Gary enjoys his day job, but not the fact that he only earns when he is actively practicing. Both his father and grandfather passed away early, and he saw how much life they missed. Gary is determined to live life to its fullest now, because he knows how precious time is. He searched for a way not to trade time for money, and was one of the first to join Syntek Global. He has worked hard to enjoy life the way he wants, and is having great success helping others do the same. Seeing his team realize their dreams is Gary’s favorite part of the business. From a humble home in Portmore, Jamaica, Farrah-Ann Gray dreamed of achieving great things in life, so she did what 90% of the population did and gained an education. But with all her hard work, she didn’t feel she was achieving her dreams. She then found Syntek Global, a company that believes as she does that it doesn’t matter who you are, you can achieve greatness. Farah-Ann goes above and beyond to make that statement true for her team as their Quiet Giant and constantly pushes them toward success. She is a very dedicated team leader and makes sure each team member has a solid foundation to start, and then nurtures people the whole way. She is thrilled to take the Syntek opportunity and inspire greatness in people, even when they don't believe in themselves.


Gary owned several traditional businesses in his life, and was not new to hard work, determination, setting goals, and having a burning desire to achieve these goals. Even though he found success, something was missing. He  wanted to live life on his terms—to spend the time he wanted with family, vacation when he wanted, and to have true financial freedom. He was introduced to Network Marketing and found a home with Syntek Global. Gary now has the opportunity to not only live his life without barriers, but touch lives around the world. He is thrilled with the opportunity to assist hundreds of thousands of individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations while being part of a team.  Sherri Chambers

Sherri Chambers tried several different businesses to get the life and freedom she wanted, but never found a real home until she joined Syntek Global. And her team is glad she did, because she has a huge heart. She truly cares for each individual on her team and works to help them succeed. She is also recognized as a phenomenal trainer and a Monster Motivator, who is amazing at inspiring others. Sherri says the road to Diamond was paved with bumps, hills, valleys, highs, lows, and everything in between, but now that she’s here all she sees are green pastures and endless possibilities.

Robert & Diana De Koop

 

Robert De Koop, from Curacao, knew nothing about engines and performance benefits when he joined Syntek Global, but that didn’t matter. The fact that Curacao has a small population didn’t stop him either. He didn’t let those become barriers. Robert got started with Syntek Global and with only a short time under his belt, he had spread the Syntek opportunity to many countries. He now sits in his virtual office under a mango tree in his garden and continues to dedicate himself to sharing what Syntek Global is all about.

Success Tip: Training

One of our focuses at Convention was training. Network marketing legend Eric Worre gave some great training, followed by training from some of Syntek Global’s top leaders. Here are some tips to help you learn the skill-set for the success you want.

Get the right mindset

The most important skill you can develop is the right mindset. This starts by understanding that the economy is very different from what it used to be. Advances in technology mean companies need fewer employees, so there are more people competing for fewer jobs. There has never been more perfect timing than now for you to start taking control of your own employment and be your own boss. Network marketing is a better way.

Eric Worre warned convention attendees to get used to resistance from others. He calls this the “catch” to network marketing—that those who are still caught in the old system might think less of you. Expect it. And Eric even suggested you embrace it.

Give it time

In any profession, it takes time, effort, practice, and training to reach a high level of skill. Network marketing is no different. Don’t throw in the towel if you don’t have the success you want overnight. No one would expect to jump from the mail room to company CEO in one month, so why would you expect to do that with network marketing? Give it some time.

Develop the right skills

Eric Worre also says, “I’d rather be good than lucky.” You can’t control luck, but you can control how good you are. You can control the skills that you have. The good news is that network marketing is one of the most equal-opportunity jobs out there. Everyone is given a fair shake, and at Syntek Global we want to train you with the right skills. We want you to succeed, so we are doing all that we can to help you “be good.”

Here are 5 key skills:

1. Know what you want and why you want it. Like anything in life, there will be ups and downs in this business. A vision will keep you going through all of them.
2. Become proficient at inviting. You’re not forcing. You’re not selling. You’re simply inviting. But there are ways to do it better than others.
3. Point people to the right information. Use the tools Syntek Global has provided. They have been proven to work—and they help you be more efficient.
4. Follow up. Don’t miss this important step.
5. Tap into your team. You aren’t in this business alone. Everyone who signs up is immediately adopted into a team. Find out what they are doing (events, phone calls, trainings, etc.) and tap into those.

Know what to do

We have a new reference card that now goes out with Starter Kits, that clearly lays out daily and weekly tasks to do. If you learn the skills, practice them, and follow these steps, you will find success. 

Note: This is simply the minimum you can dedicate. You can always do more every day.

Be consistent

At convention, Blue Diamond Natalyn Lewis talked about how everyone you contact is somewhere in the prospecting process. You never know exactly when your prospects are going to reach the end of the process to sign up. It could be in a few days, a few months, or even a year or two down the road. But if you are consistently talking to at least 2 people a day, and starting them along the process, you will have a regular stream of people joining the business. If you aren’t consistent, then you won’t. The only way to have consistent results is to be consistent. The 10-hour work week is a great guide.


These are just some training tips. Your Back Office has all the training you need to learn new skills, brush up on skills you already have, and track your progress. And in the months ahead, our new online personal assistant will help even more. With the right mindset, some time, the right skills, a plan, and consistent effort, YOU can achieve the success you want. YOU can live without barriers.

Convention Recap: New Tools & Your New BFF

At our 2014 International Convention, we talked about breaking down the barriers in people's lives that hold them back. Syntek Global doesn't stop with providing a great opportunity; we do everything we can to help people take advantage of that opportunity and succeed. So we are removing barriers that our distributors face in the business, too.

At convention we released new tools that are going to make it even easier to grow your Syntek Global business. There are several reasons why corporate provides tools for distributors and why we really (really, really) encourage you to use them.

3 Reasons to Use Tools

1. Duplication - It is impossible for any of us to say the exact same presentation every single time, but we can all push play and let the message be what it is each and every time. This ensures that the person has the right experience.
2. Expert Trap - If you don’t use tools properly it gives the impression that you have to be an expert before you can share the opportunity with someone else.  Using the tools shows the person receiving the information how easy it is to share this with others.  They don’t need to be an expert. They simply need to be really good at pointing to the tools.
3. Efficiency – Without using the tools it takes much more time to contact people and you become incredibly inefficient.  Asking someone to watch a video takes 30 seconds.  If you have to tell someone all the information and try to be the video, it takes 30 minutes. You can contact more people in less time by using the tools Syntek Global provides.

Convention Recap: Making a Difference

Syntek Global is a company that believes in living without barriers. Our distributors throughout the world are already breaking through their barriers. But what if your barrier was to simply survive?

THE PROBLEM: LACK OF CLEAN WATER

*Nearly 1,884,000,000 people (1 in 8 people) worldwide do not have access to clean and safe water. 37% of those people live in Sub-Saharan Africa.
*Worldwide, 1 out of every 5 deaths of children under 5 is due to a water-related disease.
*Every 21 seconds, a child dies from a water-related illness.
*443 million school days are lost each year due to water-related diseases.
*3.4 million people die each year from a water-related disease. That is almost the population of Chicago and San Francisco combined!

For a billion people, there is either the lack of enough water or lack of access to safe water—and that barrier affects everything.
•    Time lost gathering water and suffering from water-borne diseases is limiting people's true potential.
•    Their futures are put in jeopardy as education and life itself is lost to sickness.
•    Economic development is lost while people merely try to survive.
•    Without clean water the possibility of breaking out of the cycle of poverty is incredibly hard.

THE SOLUTION: GIVE & LIVE

Syntek Global is proud to give back to our communities and the world through our Make a Difference program. We have partnered with Reach the Children, an organization that provides underprivileged children opportunities to become self-reliant by strengthening families and communities, to provide life-sustaining sources of clean water for underprivileged communities in Africa.

We can truly Make a Difference for people who desperately need it, by providing funds for three types of projects:

 Clean water makes a HUGE difference.

• Students can attend school when they don’t have to spend their time gathering water. 
• With Africa’s short rainy season and long dry season, irrigation is needed to grow crops. Access to water leads to food security, and with less crop loss, hunger is reduced. 
• Safe water equals clean hands, which equals healthy bodies. 
• Time lost to sickness is reduced and people can get back to the work of lifting themselves out of poverty.

Not only are we providing clean sources of water, but Reach the Children takes it one step further by helping communities set up irrigation systems. Additionally, farm management experts will coach farmers on irrigation, cash cropping, and marketing. We are going to teach them how to improve their own lives.

It's amazing how a relatively small investment can make such a dramatic difference in so many lives. According to the World Health Organization, for every $1 invested in water and sanitation, there is an economic return of up to $34 in those communities.

Syntek Global is already donating and we invite you to join us in our efforts. Convention Recap: Giveaways Galore

The 2014 International Convention wasn’t just about fantastic information, huge announcements, and reconnecting with the Syntek Global family—although there was plenty of that. Convention was also a time of celebration. And Syntek Global loves to celebrate with giveaways! 

There were dozens of chances for attendees to win prizes and cash through Syntek Global Plinco.

And we didn't forget the favorite tradition of Pick-a-Pocket with the founders.

In addition to all these giveaways were exclusive cash giveaways for distributors who earned tickets through the Emerald Expressway. Several $1,000 prizes were awarded.

We also gave away some of our largest cash prizes.

The winner of the $10,000 cash prize was Alston Hanley (St. Johns, Virgin Islands) who was clearly full of emotion and overwhelmed. When he took the stage, everyone was amazed by the story he told.

Alston pulled a notecard from his book "Think Grow Rich" and asked John Winterholler to read it. He had written down his goals, worked on personal development, and it happened!! THAT'S the power of desire and belief!

It was truly an amazing example that everyone has the power within themselves to make their life what they want!

Convention Recap: Awards & Recognition

One of the highlights at convention—for both the founders and distributors—was the Awards Gala, where we recognized all of our distributors in attendance by rank. We are constantly impressed by the capabilities of our distributors. The more we learn about the barriers you face, whether that’s family challenges, financial struggles, dead end jobs, difficult choices, or any of your other obstacles, the more we are impressed by how you are overcoming them. We recognize all your efforts and the inspiration you are to each other and those you meet.

New Royal Team Elite, Samson A. Adeniran

Samson Adeniran, from Nigeria, began his journey to a life without barriers through Syntek Global a little over a year ago when he traveled to a presentation in Ghana. He was inspired by the power to break down barriers across generations, and feels Syntek Global is an answer to his long-awaited prayer. He says, “Syntek is here for people who were once nobody to become somebody, people who were once zero to become hero.”

Samson Adeniran has broken through huge barriers in his life, and now the opportunity he was told would bring extra income is his main source of income. Convention Recap: Why April 1st Is a BIG Day!

At our 2014 International Convention we shared our goal as a company to break down barriers in people’s lives. That isn’t just limited to the Syntek Global opportunity. At corporate we are also dedicated to breaking down barriers in the business for our distributors. As we announced at convention, on April 1st things are about to get easier! 

Beginning April 1st Paypal will be available for ALL distributors worldwide—not only for purchases, but also to receive commissions. This makes our payment and commission process standardized and much easier.

Also on April 1st we are breaking through the barrier of borders, because on that date the European Union will be open! That’s 28 countries and 28 new markets you can expand your Syntek Global business in. You will be able to enroll people online (simply select the country from the new drop down menu) and pay via credit card.
