Question: I signed up for a Payoneer account and received an e-mail from Payoneer informing me that my card was shipped out. Why has my card not arrived yet?
Answer: There are a number of reasons that may cause your Payoneer card not to arrive. Some of those reasons are:
*Your card was lost in the mail.
*Upon signing up you entered your address incorrectly.
*Upon signing up you entered a different address from your home address.
Question: Which address should I use when signing up for my Payoneer account?
Answer: You must use your home address or the address of your residence. You cannot use a PO box address or a business address.
Question: My home address is not a reliable address for mail to be sent to. Can I have my card sent to the pickup point or office nearest to me?
Answer: Yes you can use the Syntek Global pickup point or office address nearest you when you are signing up for your Payoneer account. The office or pickup point is not responsible for mailing your card to you if you choose this option. You are responsible for picking your card up from the office in person. You must present your photo ID and Distributor ID when picking up your card. If someone else is picking up your card for you then you must provide them with a photocopy of your photo ID and write your Distributor ID at the top of the photocopy. Cards will only be given out under these conditions.
Question: I have forgotten my Payoneer account username and/or password. Who should I contact?
Answer: You must contact Payoneer directly. Payoneer support can be contacted at the following numbers:

Question: I have signed up for a Payoneer account but never received an e-mail response from Payoneer. I haven't received my card yet. Where is my card and is my account active?
Answer: You must contact Payoneer directly to inquire about the status of your card. Payoneer can be contacted at the following numbers:

Question: I am a new Distributor and need to sign up for a Payoneer account. What do I need to do?
Answer: When you signed up for your distributorship with Syntek Global you should have received an e-mail with a unique signup link for your Payoneer account. If you did not receive this e-mail or need it to be resent to you, please contact Syntek Global customer support by e-mail or phone to request your Payoneer link by e-mail.
