As part of our vision week, we asked team leaders to share their WHY. Today, we hear from two leaders who have been with Syntek Global since the beginning. They have kept sight of their WHY throughout the entire process of building their business and are enjoying the results from working with a vision.

For us, Syntek Global has never been about driving a Ferrari and living in a mansion. Of course it enables us financially, but really, that is just a path to what is ultimately important to us… our freedom. We are free to give attention to, and spend time with our children and each other. We are free from the bondage that comes with owing anyone money. We are free to give and help others in ways that we never could before. We are free to go travel and play. We are free to experience things that many people don't make time to do. We are free to make choices without limitations by others who may have control of our time. That is our WHY. And Syntek Global has provided that path.
