Live Q&A Recap: Answers from John Winterholler




Today was our first Live Q&A with CEO & Co-Founder John Winterholler. We had several good questions that came in during the chat or via email. 

 Here are the questions and answers if you missed it. (Note questions/answers are brief because of Twitter character limit.)

Question: Is there any tests or use of XFT in trains?
Answer: Yes. We have test results in locomotive engines that are available by contacting corporate office.

Question: 5ml and 10ml how can it be save keeping for the user who buy less than 10 litre at a go.
Answer: Consider using 1 oz. dropper to treat smaller amounts of fuel. Less mess.
Follow-up question: How many drop treat 4litre
Answer: 15 drops would treat 4.43 litres

Question: What countries are planned for Syntek to be "sold". I am aware of UK in Jan.
Answer: Several other countries are being considered but none we can announce. Our focus is UK in Jan. for now.

Question: Can you tell me, what do you expect on European market? Slovenia looks ambitious!
Answer: The opening of the UK will tell us a great deal about the future of EU markets.

Question: Will Canadian shipping problem be solved. A total of $48 Shipping for 100PV
Answer: Pls send the details to cust. support for our review. We'll see what we can do.

Question: FreezePoint and Ecomist is not avail in South Africa. Is there plan to roll this out here or not?
Answer: Both products require govt registration & it is very expensive to ship because of product weight. We are looking at options to send via ship container. Stay tuned.

Question: If ICA is only way to start new mrkt, how can ICA expand&b paid w/o being able 2 signup? Volume& #of  dstrs 2 open?
Answer: ICA is not intended to open new markets - simply a method dist. in countries where we're not open can sell product

Question: What can we tell our cust.&associates what our patent # is, while others have this available and we don't
Answer: Info about the invention of the product & assoc. patents is available on XFT white paper in back office.

Question: if ICA has interested ppl how if so,can they sign'm up and get paid for it?
Answer: As an ICA you can sign up customers, but not distributors.

Question: specific# of ICAs & sales volume you look for to consider opening?
Answer: Varies by country & many factors we have to consider. Product sales are an additional qualifier, not just # ICAs. Info. about sales in these countries may be used to determine possible future expansion
Follow-up question: that's confusing me, what to tell my contacts in e.g. Niger,what r their opinions?
Answer: Hard to answer on Twitter. Pls contact Syntek office for more explanation.

Question: Can you explain ICA more please
Answer: ICA is intended to allow ppl to sell XFT in countries in which we're not open. Contact corporate for full details.

Question: Which is the fastest growing country in terms of distributors - can you share?
Answer: We love to share our growth! Right now Nigeria is our leader, but great growth in many other countries.

Question: Are there any restrictions on selling to local autostore who would redistribute to consumer?
Answer: Yes. Policies & Procedures prohibit any retail sales to protect all distributors.

Question: To make it easy for new distributor in term of deactivation if not perform within 2mths considering learning curve.
Answer: We are required to have a time frame & qualification standards company-wide for all distributors. No deactivation until 6 mos.

Email question: Is there a plan to have Syntek app on Android?
Answer: Yes. We're working on it for delivery in 2014.

Email question: Could Syntek Global offer a discounted sign up fee for new distributors for a certain time period?
Answer: We are always consider promotions by market & happy for suggestions on how all distributors would benefit from a promotion

Email question: Is XFT safe to engine with impurities collecting in fuel reservoir?
Answer: Engines pull fuel from top of tank & impurities sit on bottom out of the way. Amounts of impurities so small will not harm engine to stay in tank, but can cause problems when traveling through engine.

Email question: It takes long time for product to get to me because of source of funds for dispatch. Include cost in autoship?
Answer: Each country is different on availability of shipping. Thx for suggestion for Cameroon. We’ll look into it.

Email question: What do I say to people who tell me that fuel is already pre-treated with additives to do exactly what ours do?
Answer: Many fuels treated w an additive that’s singular in benefits. No other product offers complete benefits of XFT.

Email question: My car has worse gas consumption than ever. Is something wrong with my car?
Answer: We can't answer if there is something wrong w the car, but please refer to chart of typical results w XFT. There may be a pattern with certain car models/makes. Keep using XFT to see full benefits and let us know how it goes.
