Distributor Goes From Sign Up to Sapphire Executive in 60 Days

Olajide Akinyemi breaks barriers in his life with LivElite, and can now help others do the same.

Olajide was introduced to the Syntek products and opportunity in June of 2015. He was approached because of how much he regularly spent on fuel for the generator for his office at an International Oil & Gas Company based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. He decided to give XFT a try.

AlureVé Transforms Life of Single Mom Julie Platt

For Julie Platt, AlureVé has not only transformed her skin, it’s transformed her life.

Julie has always been entrepreneurial minded. As a young mother, she did many things to contribute financially to her growing family while her husband finished college. After he lost his job and couldn’t find work, she began working with JetBlue and founded her own advertising and marketing company.

Everything changed when Julie found herself single and raising four children on her own. She was told she could never make it, but she knew she had the skills and the willpower to make something happen for herself and her family. She began her search for a way to change her life and live on her terms.

She was presented with several opportunities, but none of them felt right. Then her good friend Dave Atkinson introduced her to AlureVé. She tried the products overnight. “I was skeptical,” she said. “But the next morning my face was glowing. It felt so soft and my skin tones were more even. I went about my day but kept looking in the mirror. I didn’t put makeup on because I liked the way my face looked.” She wasn’t the only one who noticed the difference. Raquel Horton’s 100% Commitment Rockets Her to Success

After only four months in the business, Raquel Horton’s “all-in” attitude is paying off. She’s earned skyrocketing residual income, a rapidly growing team, and a brand NEW Audi.



Raquel spent the majority of her career in the entertainment industry, where she has traveled the world and had chances to do several things—from performing on Broadway and hosting for Walt Disney Pictures to being a New York Knicks dancer and her current position hosting the national TV show "Talking Pictures" on ABC. She’d never done network marketing before, but when she was introduced to the AlureVé opportunity, she jumped right in, with no hesitations.

Raquel holds a BS in Business Management and Entrepreneurship, and she calls herself an “unabashed opportunist.” When she sees opportunities, she takes them. She signed up the first day, turning down two job offers, one with a TV show, so she and her husband could focus on her AlureVé business. “It was a no-brainer for us,” Raquel explained. “This was an opportunity to change our lives and have a completely different lifestyle—a game-changer.”

Loving the AlureVé products just solidified her commitment. I can tell that it’s working because my skin looks better than with any other product. I love that it penetrates and I’m getting my money’s worth.”

One of the most satisfying aspects of the business for Raquel is choosing who to work with. “In every job I’ve ever done, I was stuck with people someone else hires. Now I can choose who I work with and it’s so fun. I’m now hanging out with people I love to spend time with. It’s a fun aspect of the business that I wasn’t expecting,” she said.  


Even though Raquel is having a lot of fun, she’s very serious about the business. “This is not just another job, where you try it and see how it works,” she said. “This is something we committed to.” She is selective about who she approaches to join her team, choosing people who have a CEO mentality and take ownership of their business. “It’s important to pick people who are going to be committed, who are leaders and entrepreneurs, have social influence, and have a positive attitude.”

Raquel is dedicated to helping her team grow and be successful. When others ask her what she does, she doesn’t tell them that she sells night cream—even though that’s her favorite AlureVé product. “I help people be successful running their own businesses,” she said. When someone first signs up, she sits down with them and determines their short- and long-term financial goals, and together they create a specific business plan on how to reach those goals.

This business-focused approach has helped Raquel experience rapid success in AlureVé, including becoming a member of the Audi Club. She gets to enjoy the fruits of her hard work every day as she drives her brand new Audi.


 Raquel’s tip for others is to have long-term vision. “Think of this like a long-term investment in owning your own business. Don’t come in thinking you’ll try it for a month or two and if you don’t make money right away you’re going to quit. Treat it like a business.”

She truly believes that anyone can succeed with the right mindset. “With the training we have and being surrounded by people who want to help you be successful, it’s impossible to fail.”

Rachel Oh, The Girl On Fire

Rachel Oh is having a blast on her incredible ride to success – and it is incredible. She reached the rank of Ruby (seven levels) in AlureVé in just 90 days—the fastest anyone ever has. And her team is right behind her. She's had four people reach Sapphire (six levels) within the last 30 days and had 100 people sign up on her team in the last 2 weeks alone.  

This is Rachel’s first foray into network marketing and she’s loving it. She said, "Although I'm inexperienced at network marketing, I know that the product is solid and unique, so talking about it is easy for me. Frankly, the entire process has been a lot more fun than I ever expected."


Rachel is an educated corporate executive who worked as a licensed financial planner for years, then became a high-powered sales rep for a software company. She was introduced to AlureVé by her good friend, Jennifer Hawkins Riding. “I’ve seen her success in the past and I knew that I wanted to be part of it,” Rachel said. In addition, she was tired of helping other people get rich without reaping the benefits at the same scale for herself.  She felt it was time to lift the income cap and find a way to have unlimited earning potential, which she wasn't finding as a W2 employee.


Many of the people she's attracting to her business are similar—educated executives and successful business people who want more flexibility and more potential for unlimited income. Rachel approaches her AlureVé business like she approached corporate sales: it takes the same amount of energy to recruit one person, so why not go after the best and brightest in her network? She looked for leaders with special influence and track records of success. “I look for very entrepreneurial people. They are the ones who see the incredible business opportunity.”


Rachel finds the network marketing model very rewarding, not only for the compensation, but for the community. “I get to work with people I enjoy and hand pick, and meet new people along the way,” she said. She shared that she used to be so busy she didn’t see her friends often, but “now I’m working with my friends and see them all the time.”

Rachel found it easy to get behind the AlureVé products. “I love being with a company that has a product that really works and is very nature-based. It’s working from the inside-out.” She appreciates the care that goes into the formulation, and the disciplined approach of Dr. Quan, AlureVé’s creator.

While Rachel loves the science behind AlureVé and the philosophy, what she loves most is seeing the change in others’ skin, especially when people get excited about their results and share with others.


Rachel has a very hands-on, nurturing leadership style. “Once people are on my team I want them to see success as quickly as possible,” she said. As a result, Rachel makes herself as available as she can. She does 3-way calls, travels to events often, does a lot of training, and tries to get to know as many people as possible. She also encourages her team to maximize their strengths.






After hitting Sapphire, Rachel became a member of the LivElite Audi Club. She also enjoys driving around in the fruit of her hard work and dedication.


Rachel is excited to keep going with AlureVé, and to take her team with her. “I want everyone to succeed and I know they can,” she said. Rachel’s team is proving it true. They are women who could get a job just about anywhere in corporate America, and they are choosing to start their own AlureVé business and seeing HUGE success in the process.

New Audi Owner Jennifer Hawkins Riding Couldn't Pass Up the Opportunity

Her story:
From a young age I have seen the great benefits that can come from having an entrepreneurial mindset, taking advantage of great timing, and taking calculated risks.  I was climbing the corporate ladder of a very powerful Genetics company when I saw an opportunity to own my own business. At the age of 29 I bought my first franchise of a shipping and logistics business and within 2 years I had purchased 2 more. In 2007 I felt that it was time to sell my businesses, and seeing the impending market crash, I was looking for a business that was recession proof.  At that time my sister came to me with a network marketing opportunity. The timing couldn't have been more perfect.

We built that business together, broke records, traveled the world, and brought that opportunity that changed lives to tens of thousands of people. And, made a tremendous amount of money along the way.

In February of 2015 a great friend of mine, Dave Atkinson, approached me and told me about a brand new network marketing company that was getting started and asked me to take a look at it.  My first instinct was to say no, because over the last three years I have been hit up by every single company under the sun.  But, I respect my friend and out of consideration for him I thought it wouldn’t hurt to actually hear them out before I told him no.

I met with Natalyn Lewis and when she started telling me about the products that had such incredible science and the timing of the opportunity, I was extremely intrigued.  Then as I learned more and more about the company and the compensation plan over the next few days, I knew that I had truly found the "golden ticket."

The only excuse I had not to do this business was that I had just gotten engaged and was planning a wedding and was extremely busy.  But when I weighed that with the grandeur of the opportunity and what I knew I would be missing out on if I didn't jump on this, I couldn't delay

On March 2nd, I joined AlureVé and since that day I have seen incredible doors of opportunity open to both myself and to those that have trusted me enough to join me in this incredible ride—including a NEW Audi.  Thank you, AlureVé!!!

My journey with this amazing company and this team started in August 2013 and it has been the most liberating and educational experience of my life.  This business has afforded me a platform to live my dream of empowering others.

LivElite International is the first network marketing company I ever joined and I lost my heart to the process and what we stand for. I have learned so much and have met the most incredible people and I get to do business with them every day. Coming from owning my own company and having studied toward my LLB degree, I know firsthand how the economy is changing. Zimbabwe Distributor Wins a New Audi

Josephat Terera in the new car he won at the South Africa Regional Convention.


Josephat Terera’s life has completely changed with LivElite International. He was born in a remote area called Honde Valley in Zimbabwe and has been blessed with 7 children.  “Before I joined LivElite as a distributor on August 9, 2014, my life was miserable. I had an endless struggle to provide for the basic needs of my family as a bread winner. I used to work as a civil servant and I retired in 1999 when my children were still at primary and high schools, and universities. The pension that I received on monthly basis could not suffice all our family needs,” he says.

Josephat later got a job that only provided for his family’s survival. He thought the new employment would change his life for the better, but things only got worse as his children moved on to higher—and more expensive—schooling.  Then one day he met Betty Mapwashike, who introduced him to a product called Extreme Fuel Treatment.

“I got excited and decided to become a LivElite distributor,” Josephat says. “From that day onwards, I never looked back. I worked tirelessly in order to achieve my goal. The commissions and bonuses that I earned from LivElite International helped my children continue with their education without problems.”

Before joining LivElite International Josephat’s family used to survive on one to two meals a day. Life was very difficult. With LivElite, life began to take shape, but there was one thing still worrying Josephat—the family car. They couldn’t use the car they had because they didn’t have money to service it and had been relying on public transportation.

Then came the South Africa Regional Convention, and Josephat’s dreams came true when he won a brand new Audi.

























“In my life I never dreamt of driving a brand new car and of all the cars, a German car. In Zimbabwe we are mostly used to ex Japanese used cars,” Josephat says.

New Company Name: LivElite International


For companies to stay at the top of their game, they must innovate and enhance their current offerings. This past year has been a year full of significant innovation for Syntek Global.

After seven years of offering products focused in the fuel additive and automotive industry, Syntek Global forged an exclusive partnership with world-class innovators, Dr. Danyi Quan and her team. As a result, the AlureVé line of high-end skincare products was launched in the United States. And the potential product families available through this partnership go far beyond skincare, which is very exciting for us all as we look to the future.

Since the launch of AlureVé it’s became clear that a clean delineation needed to be made in terms of branding and naming, in order to better define the Syntek brand as a family of products for a particular target market and AlureVé for its own prime customer base.

New Audi Owner Alton Patterson Says It's Time to Truly Live

His story in his own words:

WOW......I will never forget how my business partner Mr. Samuel Robinson cornered me on a 3-way call to get involved with Syntek Global. It was just over 5 years ago in January of 2010 and the reality is that I personally was not interested in doing another network marketing deal. However, as I listened to the gentleman on the other end of that 3-way call, I couldn't help myself; I had to agree with him. The product sounded solid, the company sounded solid and the compensation plan sounded solid, so the future had to be solid.

It took us five months before we shared this opportunity with anyone.  However, when we did, it was full throttle ahead. We did home meetings, hotel meetings, Internet cafe meetings, one-on-ones, two-on-ones, three-way calls. You name it, chances are we did it and today, I must say that we're so excited to see the fruits of our labor.

What makes it more exciting for us is knowing that others are able to achieve the same with massive action, hard work, and maintaining a laser-focused vision.  In so many other companies, only a handful of individuals are able to obtain these incentives. None of this would have been possible without those who have paved and are still paving the way along with Sam and I. Being able to drive this 2015 Audi S5 does not mean that we have arrived. It's simply proof to everyone that if you're willing to be uncomfortable for a while, things will become comfortable after a while. You just have to surround yourselves with a bunch of COWS (Casualties of Winners Soaring).

New Audi Owner Achieving Dreams

Congratulations to Audi Club member Lisani Ndaba of Botswana!


Lisani has always wanted to drive an Audi A6 3.0 litre TDI motor car, and now, because of Syntek Global, he has finally achieved his dream!

2014 - An Amazing Year

  • A remarkable international convention in Las Vegas, with distributors attending from around the world.
  • We continued to expand across the globe and opened 50 new markets in 2014 alone!
  • In July, we made enhancements to our compensation plan and we’ve seen distributor checks doubling and tripling!
  • We added lifestyle bonuses beginning at $10,000 and announced the new Syntek Global Audi Club. Over 40 distributors have qualified in just 6 months!
  • On June 21st we launched the new AlureVé product line that is taking the skin care industry by storm and is transforming people’s skin.
  • Also released XGT Green Tea, a wonderful drink with all-around health benefits.

2014 has been a strong year, and one to remember. But we’re looking forward to an even bigger and better 2015!

Fast Start Kits

To kick start the new year, we just announced the introduction of a new Starter Kit option, for both XFT and AlureVé. You remember our special Holiday Kits for the months of November and December? They were such a big success that we decided to keep them. They have been renamed the Fast Start Kit, for 75 PV and at the low cost of $150 US dollars.

These Fast Start Kits are a great way for people to join Syntek Global and start on the path to living without barriers. They also give you the opportunity to upsell from the Fast Start to the PRO Starter Kit, so new distributors can receive Upline Bonuses, or to the MVP Starter Kit so they can participate in all other bonuses and bonus pools, like the:

Rotating AutoShips

To continually grow your business we have introduced Rotating AutoShips. They are designed to deliver a sampling of AlureVé, XFT, and XGT products from one month to the next. They are product dosed and value-priced with personal consumption in mind.

This AutoShip option will allow you to have more products at the right time—and share them with others! Rotating AutoShips are currently available to US distributors only, but we are looking into expanding them into other markets.

2015 Regional Conventions

One of the things we are most excited about this year is our 2015 Regional Conventions—where we are bringing our convention to you. This spring, we will be traveling to five different locations to help you learn how to live your elite life with Syntek Global. Not only are we making it easier for you to attend by coming to you, we are also offering a special LOW early bird price until February 1st.  Join us for the biggest events of the year at the regional convention nearest you.

New Audi Owner's Leap of Faith Pays Off


Oteng Melton Otukile of Botswana is the first to tell anyone that the Syntek Global business opportunity is one of a kind--and that it works!

How to Make Your Resolutions Stick


The beginning of a new year is a natural time to evaluate our lives and refocus on things we want to accomplish. Setting New Year’s Resolutions is an honored tradition. Unfortunately, so is losing motivation and falling down on those resolutions. With a little revamping in how you make your resolutions, that doesn’t have to be the case. 

How often have you made a resolution, and come March your determination—and progress—has wavered? Gyms count on people not following through on their resolutions. They sell year-long passes in January, knowing that a large percentage of their pass holders quit coming within a few short months. 

Does that mean you shouldn’t bother making New Year’s Resolutions? Absolutely not! But with a few changes, you might be amazed at how much more progress you can make. It begins by understanding the difference between a goal and the process, or system, that will get you to your goal. 

For example:
  • If you're a runner, your goal is to run a marathon. The process is your training schedule for the months leading up to the race.
  • If you’re a student, your goal is to get an A in a class. The process is attending lectures, joining a study group, attending labs, etc. throughout the semester.
  • If you’re a network marketer, your goal is to reach a certain rank. The process is how many people you prospect, how many customers you introduce the product to, how many events you hold, how you support your team, etc. 

James Clear, Entrepreneur Magazine contributor, poses this question: If you completely ignored your goals and focused only on your system, would you still get results?

While we don’t advocate ignoring your goals, it is very possible that if you focused more on your system – or process – then reaching your goals would be a natural outcome. 

Let’s say your goal is to qualify for the Syntek Global Audi Club. The process is the way you’re going to get there. A possible process might look like this: 

Daily 
  • Introduce the product to at least one new person a day – whether in person, or via phone call, text, email, or social media post. 
  • Introduce the opportunity to two people a day, five days of every week – whether in person, or via phone call, text, email, or social media post. 
Weekly 
  • Check in with your team.
  • Read company emails and updates. 

Monthly
  • Bring 4 guests to opportunity events (leader/corporate events, phone calls, at-home meetings) twice a month.
  • Enroll 4 new distributors a month.
  • Help your personally sponsored distributors enroll 4 distributors of their own in one month.
  • Sign up 4 new customers a month. 

If you followed these steps consistently, do you think you would qualify for the Audi Club this year? It’s likely. And you have definite, doable actions to focus on to get you there. 

A goal is a great way to plan your progress, so you know where you want to go. But the process is better for actually making progress. 

So go ahead and set those New Year’s Resolutions. Then plan out your process for getting there. 

You CAN reach your goals!
